There are actually a number of ways you can qualify for membership at the Credit Union of Texas:

Anyone who lives or work in Dallas, Collin, or Rockwall Counties. This applies regardless of employer.

Anyone who lives or works in the Lewisville, Red Oak or Midlothian Independent School Districts. Again, you only have to live within one of these districts and employer doesn’t matter.

Students. You must attend a school in Dallas, Collin or Rockwall County, which includes public, private or trade school at any college.

Members of school-related associations and organizations.

Employees/member of an organization that offers membership. You can see a full list of companies, associations and organizations that currently offer employees/members membership at Credit Union of Texas.

Family members. Family can be anyone related by blood, marriage, or adoption.

CUofTX employees. Anyone who works for the credit union may become a member, as well as their family.
